Responsibilities and Duties

• Making note of Each And Every Enquiry received from Customers.
• Discussing Rates from Directors/Team Members and Providing Quotations / Offers to each customer and followup.
• Understanding Customer requirements both technically and commercial and quote accordingly under the guidance/help of Directors and Team Members.

We are looking for Export Manager for our Export Business of Electrical Switchgears across the globe.
Since we are expanding globally we are looking forward for more competent and Professional team to coordinate with our International Clients and manage the communication between Clients and the organization.

The candidate must be Expert and Experienced in:-

1. Making Export Offers,

2. Export Invoices and Packing Lists, LUT Bond

3. Export Documentation as per the format and details provided by the company.

4. Export Banking Process

5. Having experience and practice of Shipping Work, BRC’s, Banking Procedure, MEIS, and Taxations etc.

Requirements:
Candidate must we graduate and well known to Computer applications like Word, Excel, Power Point, and fluent in spoken and written English.
Must be Citizen of Ghaziabad city only in order to save the travelling time / transportation.
